I live in a village. I have just moved there this year. My house is a moderate-sized bungalow on top of a hill. I love living in my house. Apart of the pacific and tranquilling ambience there,it is also lived by some generous and sociable neighbourhood. The village that I'm living now is like my solace. After a long time living in the hostel, I finally got the chance to relax. It is a luxurious moment indeed.
Apart of that,my neighbourhood is thoroughly a safe area as most of the residents in my neighbourhood are well-educated person. As evidence, most of them are teachers and the others are the janitor so on and so forth. What is the crime rate like? The answer is, very few. No robbery were reported, no kids abusement were reported and also, no sexual harrassment was reported. but, for not to succeed the saying, once bitten twice shy, the male residents held a security club where by they always wander around the village to make sure our neighbourhood is safe.
Besides, the air quality is frankly refreshing and soothing. My neighbourhood is around a hill. Hence, the wind is blowing like every day and night. And the consequence is, it is hard for my mom to do the laundry as the clothes would fly here and there. I symphatise my mom somehow even it is truly very funny. I don't take shower at the dawn as it is bone-freezing cold. Shh,don't tell anyone please? Apart of the good quality of air, water cuts were seldomly reported and the electricity supply is excellent and the service is convincing.
What about the public transport? Well, it is a village. In order to hop on a bus, we have to go to the main road where thereis a bus stop. Wait there at about 10 minutes, the bus will halt to pick you up. My neighbourhood seldomly uses the public transports as they have their own transport.
The population consists of two. The tribe and the Malays. That tribe that we called 'Orang Asli'. They live near the river while we are living around the hill. I often heard a gun shot as they hunt for living. Sometimes they sell their hunting to the market. Chinese always buy enormous frog from them. I don't know what kind of frog is that. And it is like once in a blue moon to talk to them as they have their own language which I don't understand.
Public amenities and facilities there? Like 3km radius of my house. there are a primary school, a clinic, a field with a variation of courts, and a mosque for muslims to pray. So, what do you think? That is why I enjoy living there as I can play my favourite outdoor activities, playing basketball and cycling.
My realtives live in Johor so they don't live nearby. But my grandmother lives in Seremban while I'm living in Rembau. So, it is kind of a stone throw away, right?
Last but not least, please don't judge my neighbourhood by it's title, that is, a village. You do not know what kind of village we could have nowadays.
